Your Soul

Our soul is composed of four bodies. Those bodies are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

We know about the physical and the spiritual,  but not much about the other two the mental and the emotional, which are equally important, we don’t see them because they are found only in the subtle matter, a matter that has a higher vibration frequency beyond the one of our physical body and our sensory perceptions. All of these energies are regulated by our Creator to move around and through our physical body. The different energy layers are also known as a whole to form our aura.

Our mental body is the energetic part in which we store our fundamental beliefs about ourselves, about others and the world. It helps us process information, solve problems and generate abstract thinking. This is where our thoughts are produced or created in relation to our analytic reason, logic and everyday memory. It is because of our mental body that whichever feeling we think is positive such as love, will create the desire to reconnect with the people we love.
Also the mind retreats and distances itself in order to think better- because of this it always retains this primitive instinct of separation, comparing and contrasting the present situation with the memories of the past experiences, while trying to find a model or value with which it classifies the present situation. This also means that thoughts in our lower mind or the ego are always coming from the past to create a certain separation with the present. When we have clearly identified our negative thoughts and the patterns that generally limit our ability to evolve in life, we will begin to change our internal / external perception and vision of life, allowing ourselves to go with a greater clarity on the Divine unconditional love. When the mental body finally dissipates and no longer directs us, we can create a link to our heart and begin to follow our soul rather than our ego.

Our emotional body is the one through which we learn to manage our emotions in order to cultivate our emotional intelligence, the essence of our soul and the positive drive of our relationships with others. It is the center of our feelings and emotions: love and hate, attraction and repulsion.
When combined with our spirit, it brings us desire and imagination; it is also the location of sensual pleasure, and real appreciation. When we sleep, for example, we interpret our astral perceptions through our senses with dreams or nightmares. Our emotional body holds all the memories and experiences we have already experienced. We often refer to them as our ‘emotional baggage’. In reality the emotional body corresponds to our faculty of feeling emotions- in common language, the language of the emotional body is referred as the ‘heart’ and the mental body as the ‘head’. These labels correspond to the locations of the two different energy centers in our system.  The emotional body is also known to be composed of a vortex of colors that identifies our aura, and the natural vibration of light from which all creation is expressed; certain shapes and colors represent emotional characteristics that are unique to each person. For example, an angry or aggressive person will have a lot of red around his aura whereas an intellectual person will project a large amount of yellow and a spiritual person from blue to violet and so on.

Our spiritual body is the one by which we appreciate all the Divine creation from the small leaf of a tree to the most beautiful stars and planets like the sun, the moon, and the stars. It is the link between our soul and the world. When the spiritual body is purified from limiting beliefs, superstitions, prejudices and negative perceptions of life, we can reconnect with God’s Divine Will. Our spiritual body is programmed by our Creator since birth to organize and vitalize the physical body and act as a bridge between the physical, mental and emotional bodies through our energy system. Our spiritual body reacts directly to prayer, acupuncture, yoga and meditation. Often, it is referred to as the body we are going to inhabit when we have evolved in full awareness and full enlightenment.

Psychology of wealth

Everybody has a wealth story, and it has nothing to do with the economy, the business or the boss, it has to do with the environment your are born in.

When we were young children we used to absorb information and belief around wealth and money like sponges, the information depends on our family’s relationship with money.

Were our parents fighting over money? or did they agree on not spending money? or were they saying there is never enough?

That’s when money became an emotional problem rooted in our childhood and teenage time to become patterns during our adulthood with an integrated  inner thermostat showing the level of our deservedness based on our beliefs and self-esteem.

Events and situations went by, almost forgotten,  but the limiting beliefs stayed stored in our subconscious mind and body.  It can be an unconscious belief that says I don’t deserve more than my brother, or we may be unconsciously expecting (deserving) only a limited amount of money. This belief and attitude limits and affects our performance to reach higher goals.

It is all about emotions; those emotions either positive or negative will drive you to manifest your dreams, or will get on your way to sabotage your goals.

Trust the process

Trust life. It’s been around a lot longer than you.

– If you FAIL, never give up because F.A.I.L means “First Attempt In Learning”.

– END is not the end. In fact, E.N.D means “Effort Never Dies”.

– If you get NO as an answer, remember N.O means “Next Opportunity”

– Don’t keep that FEAR because F.E.A.R means False Evidence Appearing Real.

Self-Love

heart and mind

The ego has always created a sense of inferiority or superiority, comparison and competition to install the two negative emotions: the illusion and the guilt. It has divided humanity into a society that opposes men and woman, blacks and whites, rich and poor etc. a society that creates preferences, injustice and hatred, the whole mix becomes an excess of pridefulness and self-importance tools of division, with a type of consciousness where you’re only aware of yourself and your situation, and nothing else matters.

The difference between self love and the ego: while self love is the emotion of loving yourself, it is done in a humble down-to-earth manner, as if you understand and accept the way your Creator created you, he created you with your two polarities, with your mind, body and soul. Self Love accepts this with peace and gratitude and often leads to being tolerant and caring towards other people. If you love yourself and fully accept who you are, you have absolutely no reason to feel jealousy or insecurity. But the ego drives some people into becoming egoistical and selfish with an inflated feeling of pride in their superiority on others.

Self love is the act of loving and accepting ourselves fully, all the things and details about us, in every way possible. To love ourselves is to accept ourselves fully and completely, our mistakes, our past, our body, our imperfections and life as it is today; it is to forgive ourselves to be able to make room for change and new opportunities. It is about accepting our two polarities in all man and women around us with their qualities and divine gifts. It is about accepting and respecting ourselves, and accepting and respecting the opposite sex. By rejecting one of them we reject a part of ourselves that makes us whole and complete.

Self-love is an act of faith, it is about accepting how our Creator created us in the first place

Holistic medecine

Principles of Holistic medicine

Holistic medicine is based on the belief that unconditional love and support is the most powerful healer and a person is ultimately responsible for his or her own health and well-being. Other principles of holistic medicine include the following:

  • All people have innate healing powers.
  • The patient is a person, not a disease.
  • Healing takes a team approach involving the patient and doctor, and addresses all aspects of a person’s life using a variety of health care practices.
  • Treatment involves fixing the cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms.

Let go!

Let go

When you find yourself reflecting in your past, stop, breathe deeply and think. Then change your thoughts by trying to imagine the life you would like to have today and in the future by simply shifting your emotions.

It is certainly not easy to shift your emotions instantly and forgive, but it is possible with the power of gratitude which is the most gracious of all emotions because it can change your emotions with grace and how you feel about yourself and the others without realizing it. Many call it the “human switch”. You can experience gratitude for anything that is within your reach in the present; it’s alright if it looks small in your eyes. However it matters because it is the first step for change: be grateful for the air you are breathing, the water you’re drinking, the warmth of the sun, etc. You will feel your heart opening and your soul reconnecting almost instantaneously.

Our human nature wants us to feel good to think of what we want to achieve in life only during our peaceful times to be able to manifest our dreams. Remember that the mistakes of your past are not fatal- they are your best teachers, be grateful to them, because they have taught you to evolve in your life and are more your allies than your enemies. You are the captain of your boat, direct your heart and mind in the right direction so that they can serve you by creating new experiences and a new future. Everything is possible in life, miracles exist, the proof you are one yourself. Turn the page of the past, align your energy system harmoniously with the universal laws of nature that direct the universe, and guide your mind to a new life that is unfolding before you.

The forgiveness process starts with uncovering the deeper meaning behind what happened, gaining new perspectives on what occurred and how to cut the emotional and energetic cords that connect you to your past. Forgive those who have “hurt” you and most importantly, forgive yourself because we all need to do some forgiving to be able to be grateful. Remember to be grateful to your failures by offering them your hand and integrating them in your journey for success. There has never been any success without failures because we are not perfect. On the contrary, let us learn to be grateful for our failures because they have taught us many things that benefit us to recognize the path of our success. They remind us of time when we made our decisions from our ego instead of the intelligence of the heart. Keep your gratitude on a high frequency as it is the most gracious emotion that takes you kindly from one emotion to another with compassion to reach the love we all want to keep inside and around us.
